After giving you an unimaginable shock Û²ÛÜßÜ of recognition across the long and distant ages, it shambled away again, ÜßÜÛ±Û seemingly forever, only to trouble you again a year later. That wasÛ±ÛÛ±Û manageable; you had time to board up the windows, call a priest andÛ±ÛÜßÜ prepare yourself. But last year was different: arriving where you live, ÜßÜÛ°Û it refused to go away. Seating itself at your table, the uninvitedÛ°ÛÛ°Û houseguest demanded to sup on a regular basis until you ran out of ways Û°ÛÜÛÜ to cook brains. Month in and month out, Mistigris was a constantÜÛÜÛßÛ companion, not entirely dissimilarly to the parasitic twin celebrated  ÛßÛÜßÜ in a certain '90s episode of the locally-filmed X-Files television ÜßÜÛÛÛ program. ÛÛÛ²Û²²Û²ßÜß But I digress. ßÜßÛ²ÛÛ²ÛÛ²Û This artist's calendar pretty much revolves around the core holidays of Û²ÛÜßÜ Hallowe'en and, of course, April Fool's. It's not about the scares, but ÜßÜÛ±Û rather the palimpsest practice of the masquerade that appeals. It was Û±ÛÛ±Û not due to proximity to this holiday that we chose October for our first Û±ÛÜßÜ release -- that was just how long it took us to get it together after ÜßÜÛ°Û hitting the ground running in August 1994 after iMPERiAL folded. For ourÛ°ÛÛ°Û first couple of years the seasonal occasion was barely reflected in our Û°ÛÜÛÜ October artpacks, but by the time we got to 1997, thrills and chills wereÜÛÜÛßÛ clearly constituting most of the items on the menu. Fast forward past ÛßÛÜßÜ our long living death and when we returned in 2014, it only made sense toÜßÜÛÛÛ celebrate the anniversary of our establishment in the month of our first ÛÛÛ²Û² artpack release. In 2015 it was apparent that our anniversary artpack ²Û²ßÜß contained a smaller Hallowe'en artpack inside of it trying to break free ßÜßÛ²Û (I looked it up, the episode's name was "Humbug", S02E20), and in 2016 weÛ²ÛÛ²Û made it official: reserve October for the scary stuff, and celebrate the Û²ÛÜßÜ anniversary in November.ÜßÜÛ±ÛÛ±ÛÛ±Û So what does a Hallowe'en-themed artpack after a year of monthly artpack Û±ÛÜßÜ releases mean on the ground?
