´ÄÄÀÙ´ÄÚÄóÚÀÙ´ÙÀÚ¿´Ú¿ÀÃij¿ÀÄ  TUTORIAL TIME !!!  ³Ù³ÃÚÀÙ´ÙÚ´ÚÙÀÄÚÙÀ´Ä³Ù´Ä³ÙÚ´ÄÄ ow yeah, your favourite part of the pack has just arrived : nightstalker's  tutorial series. today we are going to talk to you about writing skills. writing is not difficult !! but you must remember crucial points when making an infofile !!! i'll give you examples of how it shouldn't and i'll show  you how to correct it.  i'm not going to complain about typing errors, but structural stuff. as an example i'm going to use an infofile of a group i won't mention. so all names of sceners and group are made unrecognisable (by putting question marks). ERROR 1 : --------- this is the first error ! read the following bit very carefully !!!  °° group. Because most other members got bored with ?riloxy too, °ÛÛÛÛÛß °°  they left, so these are pretty chaotic times for Trilox?, ?FÞÛÛÛÛßÛ ²²°°  gave me the coordination of the vga-artists, but didn't supply ²²ÛÛÛÛÛ ²²²²°°  me with the info concerning the vga-members from that time, I ±±²²ÛÛÛ °°²²²²ÜÝdecided to kick every vga-artist and to keep those who kept°°±±²²² ÝÜÜ°²Û  in contact with me, so the memberlist is gonna be a short one.  °°±±± believe it or not, but this is actually 1 (one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) sentence. ERROR 2 : --------- Þß Û²°°ßÛßþÜÜßÛ²²°°° ²²°ß²²Û    ÜßÝÛßÛÛÞ °°²²°°ÛÝ ¯What happened the last half year...  ÞÛßÛÛÛÛß  °°²²²ß ²²²ÛÛÛÜ °°°Well a fucking lot: In July we attended Wired'97, where°°°²²²² °°?yclops got 10th place in the pixel-compo and 9th place°°°°  ²²°° in the raytrace compo. ÛÛ²²°°°  In September we attended Bizarre'97. Cy?lops got 1st place  °° ²²ÛÛ²²² ÜÜÜßin the pixel-compo and 4th place in raytrace compo.  ܲ²°°  °°²²ÛÛÜÛß²ß At the end of October ?yclops went to Saturne 5 with  þßÛ²²²²²²°° °²°°²²ß°²Ý  Itsar? and Ku?t/Gree?. The party was a disaster: 1 major  ²°°°°²²² ^---- hhahaha kut !!!!!! (dutch joke!) °Û²°²²°°²Ý powerfailure, so nothing happened there.   ²°Û°°²Û ²°°°ÛÝßÜÜßÜ In November W?ld Th?ng's Wired'97-Bizarre'97 report, þ ÜÛÛß²²²²² Û²²² ß   ßþ featuring code by Infinit? Rebo?t, Gfx & Design by Cyclop?ß ÛÛ²²°° ²²ÛÛÛÛÜand music by ?08, got released after much delay. So check  ß²²°° °°²²ÛÛÛß  it out and discover the Trilo?y crew in action.    °° °°²²² A couple of days after the release of this report Speed- °°° °°° frea? left ?riloxy and took most of the artist with him  °°²²² °°  to start a new group. Thora? also decided to make his  °°²²°°° ²²°° music division a seperate group, what will happen to the  ²²°°°²² °°²²°°° coding division is still unknown, so the future of Trilox?°°°²²²ÛÛ ²²°°²²² is still an uncertain one. ²²ÛÛÛÛÛ there are two things wrong here !!! first: about every sentence contains the name of a scener (notice '?''s).  most of the time it's even the same person !! (cycl?ps) this could be avoided by using things like : "that same person ...", "that very same cool guy" or even more simple : "HE" ! second: in your info file, try to be as precise as you can be !!! Cyclop?  mentioned all the parties he had gone to, except lowres '97. why? simple : he got last ( ATB RULED OVER Tr?loxy at that party) !! PS: i don't want to rub it in your face anymore that i got 3rd ... mmm, fuckit : i got third hahahahahahahahahahaha :)))))))))))))))))):-), ;-), ;), raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, hihihi on to the next error ....  ERROR 3 : --------- ÛÛ²²°°°ß   ÜÞ²²ßÝÛß ßÛÛÛ²²Ý¯So you want to apply as a gfx-artist?  Þß°°ÛßÛÛ  ÞßßÝÛÜÜ   ²²ÛÛ²²² ÛÛß °°ÛÜ  Then there are some things you have to know: °°²²°°° ²²ÛÛ²²²Ý  First: mail some of you're stuff and you're info to me °°  °°²²°°° Cy?lops_tri?oxy@hotmail.com. We will then judge if you're   °°  in or not.
