I t's been an enjoyable two months for all of us, despire my own lack of an internet connection. Windrider and Mithrandir have been online however and promise me we're as infamous (har) as ever. My thanks to you for downloading the pack and your continued interest in this unique primarily Canadian expression. Which leads right into my next topic, Quad-P is pleased to welcome the return of the Americanos to our humble group. Zerohour and Grey both tracked me down during the first part of '97 and expressed an interest in joining Quad-P. After some delay, they were both welcomed in to the clan and have been enjoying the steady lack of harassment ever since. Both of 'em also managed to get a little something in for this pack which brought a smile to my face. We've included AFS in the pack this month as most of the asciis in the pack are AFS-dependant (on an IBM machine anywyas). AFS was coded by Out of the Ordinary of AVALANCHE. Just when we thought the Ebony sightings had fallen off, a new round has been reported to us via sightings@aol.com. Ebony, as our long time fans will recall, was last believed to be haunting bulletin boards in the Shaolin suburb of his 1996 overdose and subsequent death. The last sighting included contact with an entity who replied: "Can't talk now, I'm d34d." It is now believed Ebony may infact not be dead, and may have faked his own death to escape his growing fame. The most credible Ebony sighting to date occured just last week when our very own High Cog bought an 8th of weed on the street from a man he swears beared a remarkable resemblance to d34dc0n. Our investigations in these matters are on-going and we'll inform you of any new developments as they occur. Stygian is still trying to figure out how to get out of this wacky group and be 31337 with CIA. We wish him luck and hope he'll let us know as soon as he figures out how to do it. Contrary to earlier reports, Windrider did not suffer a nervous breakdown as a result of Hiro's purchasing every single KMFDM cd in the entire city. He was admitted to the University Hospital recently but has assured us it was a simple case of shock after discovering the KISS tickets he'ld bought from a scalper were fakes. We bought him some front rows seats to Barry Mannilow to lift his spirits, but they haven't quite done the trick. Shamen and Cain have recently announced their upcoming nuptuals as they're expecting a child.
