Behind the scenes at cia animation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- a. telstar's onyx The majority of cia's animated productions thus far have been produced on telstar's SGI onyx computer which was broken during production time for this animation, so it was decided to be done in ansi on my p166. Telstar had successfully snuck the onyx out of his school's computer lab by sticking it down his pants. No one noticed. b. thejoy of thedraw theSoft's theDraw 4.61 ansi editing program was the primary drawing tool for this production. Other tools include Microsoft's fully featured text editor, edit.com and the amazing function contained withtin command.com, the copy + command. c. korean animators Keyframe ansi scenes were created by myself and were then sent to Korea where our skilled team of Korean animators draws the in-between frames. It is at our Korean facility that sub-titles are added for over-seas production release. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IV. The hidden plot spoiler ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Mindcrime's flatulence was not actually responsible for the explosion at the B.L.A.D.E. Lab! Mindcrime's computer, the HAL 908-201 resented the fact that it was forced to process his evil programs and store the horrible B.L.A.D.E. archives. All day, HAL 908-201 had been leaking lethal methane gas into the lab. Mindcrime's flatulence only added to the already dangerously high levels of the highly combustible gas helping cause the inevitable explosion. - Amazing, ain't it? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (c) 1997 cia productions - Written by Napalm ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SAUCE00Operation B.L.A.D.E.
