Crystal Ball is an ANSI view that can display ANSIs of up to 400 lines in
length at varying speeds.  Use up and down to scroll the directory and left
and right to change the display speed.  Each block on the speedometer will 
delay the display by two milliseconds per character displayed.

Push ESC or Enter while viewing to get back to the main menu.

Push ESC at menu to exit.

Push F1 at menu for help.
