GET BACK HERE! ) thats right, swap(tm) made it to #03. but, all was not well. first off, i don't think the packets are really reaching the whole scene . there aren't many peoplecomming to participate. d oes this mean swap(tm) will die in the future.. . ?? anyways, heres a list of what went wrong this time.. i *really* got pissed off this time, and towards the end (while waiting to see if  outkast would come back)i just said 'fuck this' and ended it.  ** the first 2 segments went WAY over 15 min (well, like 20-25).. if it happens in future swaps, we'll just stop the swap rig ht there unless there is a justified reason for taking longer to get bac k.  ** my 'puter locked up in the middle of the th ird segment, causing confusion andutte r panic. oh well. ;)  ** first, tsk left because he had to go do  something. he said he'd be back in 10min, but actually came bace in about 15-20. . that would've been the biggestproble m, except then outkast left while we were waiting for tsk to get back. he had to fix something with cris.com or some thing.. well, that was at about 8:40, and we waited around till about 9:30 until i just got pissed and said 'fuck this' and stopped the whole ordeal. for this reason all the ansis are unfinished, and everyone participating waiste d an hour. thanks outkast.   - this message is important .. re ad up -   dont you EVER leave swap(tm) without first letting me know in advance and givingme the ansi you were working on so i can find a replacement. in  every swap so far someone has left and fucked up the whole thing. if it happens too many moretimes, i'll just sto p doing the swaps. i hate to make stupid ass th reats like that, but it's just something i don't have to deal with that  takes up everyones time and basically ruins that nights swap. argh.  this one was a small one, with only 4 people, as you can see. spread this packetaround so that we can get more people . the more the people, the more art there is, and the better the quality of the art. thanks to filth and tsk for  participating, and a semi-thanks to outkast  for being there half of the time. man, why the hell didn't you come back? shit.  RULES AND STUFF FOR ALL SWAPS! RE AD UP! - we can't use  #swap. it is some lame-o pd hangout or som ething. =) so we have to use #swap(tm) instead. oh boy. =) - we had a bit of trouble when defiant an d widowmaker left during the first and second swaps, and now with outkast leaving and screwing swap  #03 to hell. againi have the SAME solution - it isn 't that hard to follow.. jeez: don't leave  until its done, or at least give me notice so that i  can get someone to take your place. it isn't a good thing to leave. bad. very bad! ;) - the limit of people in the channel will be from 7-9 each night. so g et in there right after i announce the opening of the channel in # ansi + #ice. no  latecomers will be accepted. - everyone in the channel will start an ansi (aft er i go over the rules and assign #'s) and work on it for 15 minutes. when their time is up, they send  me the ansi in this format:  ##-xx.ans (## being the number o f the person who  started the answer, xx being the number of the person wh o just worked on it) i will then redistribute the ansis to the next people, and w e'll start drawing again for 15 minutes.. things continue like this until every one has worked on every ansi once.
