We are extra late and that all can be blamed on Tyson. .. he lost. Besi des that, Plain is hoping to get back on the right track and then release  at a date that is on time.. can we do it? Don't ask me. Not much to say concerning news but we hope that we can still dish the qual out our behinds , and with that we bring you package numero 13. So we say, .. Catastropic Prophet has  joined th e plain ranks and brings us his ascii skills, we welcome him. Phraktal has accepte d his invitation to join Plain for ansi and accepted, we welcome this local  a/c artist whom has a lot of potential. Bizzach also joins up with the as cii division and are glad to have him along for the ride. pleetO from Hype brings his toony style to the ansi division, we are glad to have his talent . Just when the month was about to end, Fluor joins the ansi department ran ks. We are glad to have him as an addition and plainster. When I thought t hat all the good news was already said and done, Colour decides that he want s back in Plain, and how can we resist. He with brings with him his unique toony style that is ever so popular. A day before the pack hits stores, we  acquire another talented artist, soOperglue joins the ansi ranks. That clo ses that book... Departing from Plain this month goes as follows; Amoeba -- Leaves art scene, goes back to pirate. I've been in the art scene for  over a year now - in that time I've seen many packs, and many artists arise and  then disappear. I have recently come to the conclusion that the sole reaso n people partake in the scene, is simply because it is fun. Too often,  however, I see people's egos inflate, and they begin to worry about their  "reputation" as opposed to enjoying themselves. This is one reason why  people hop from group to group - they seek recognition by joining a bigger  group, but then leave shortly after because they don't like the atmospher e. I've been in Plain on and off for about a year, and I have decided th at this is where I'll stay until I decide to leave the scene. The group is tightly knit, and the atmosphere is very casual - in essence, drawing f or Plain is fun, and that is the whole point in being involved in the art sc ene.  misterGnu/Plain.  + bL4CK J4CK ( ascii power >> >  --------------------- Hrmm, lets see. I myself have only been in the a rt 'scene' for about 2  months now, I started in plain and I will stay in plain. This is my little theory on plain. (I've seen this happen lots) 1) Art ist joins plain  2) Artist gets wicked, & leaves plain for  like acid/dark/ice/etc. What I think about all of this is that its crazy. Damnation! Join  a group & stick to it. Well, thats just my two cents.. I know that I'll be in plain as long as its here.
