Ok.. first off.. quite a few changes in data file structs.

Move STRFIX.EXE do .\data and run it.

Next, we run into the problem..  My userlists weren't working.. but since my
board is temporarily down, deleting them and making new ones wasn't a problem.
If you would LIKE to make a new user.lst and names.lst then run the 2nd option
in INSTALL.EXE otherwise, you wont' be able to use this signifigantly improved
update until the v4.5 release.  And, i'm sure your users won't mind reapplying
i mean.. its not like you won't validate them. :)

So, REMEMBER.  run INSTALL.EXE in a SEPERATE directory and copy the new
user.lst and names.lst over.. otherwise you'll over right everything in your
data dir.. and we don't want that.

if you fucked your shit up without reading all of this, you're in trouble.
