Rex, talking...

  Hi! This was supposed to be a celebration pack that was
going to be released in august when fusion was one year old.
    But there was some "small" problems i had to deal with like,
   at first the lightning struck down in my modem so my base and 
i was cut of for a while, finally when the modem was working 
   my harddrive started to make a squeking sound.
  So i turned it of and looked and then when i turned it on 
again the shit crashed, all my stuff i had on harddrive was 
    including all the files for this pack. So if i would like 
to have it all back it would cost me around 3000 dollars. 
And i cant afford that so i left the computer to a company
whos now changing the harddrive and it would be ready some
time next week. So im now writting this at a friend so it 
    will be some time before i can get it all together again.
 Anway enough excuses, this so called birthday pack got out
   a month late, but better late then never ;) 
                                                                    
       We lost some good members since the last pack:
                                                                  
Apollo, whos going to the Usa to study for a year.

Sin Fame, who quit the scene for some unknown reason.

We also gained Neo Tokyo as our Belgian Headquarter,
so be sure to drop it a call if you can.
     (because of the crash i lost that number, and i also lost
phobias email, so phobia and the op at Neo please email me)

As you can se it fusion has very few members, so if you     
 are a talented artist please apply.

or call my board prevail. You can also talk to ize
about applications on the irc (ize_) or at my board.

   Ok, lots of things have happened through the year. 
 We started as real freshmens, maybe except rex who was
a into that elite scene :) .. 
We got our hands on some old packs and I became intrested in
drawing ansi.. Rex who was mostly doing that trading 
thingy had his hands pretty tied up but took on the
responsibility of leading / manage the group.
Deuterium, who got a 3D program from Rex started to 
draw some vga's for fusion and he became really good
and now I hope to see some more of his orginal artwork!
 then several people started to drop in Pharcyde, who
recently dropped out from Motion! (0995 that is) and
now he's in Acid... Juice, a great ansi artist came and 
joined together with Caze and Indy both two promising ansi
artists Psyanide our second VGA artist joined also.. 
Aligator our only musician released some of his work with
us but then suddenly he just stopped making those nifty tunes
what happened?.. :(  Anyhow...
Then a couple of months went by and some artists were kicked 
due to inactivity and fusion were struggeling .. but since
rex, I and deuterium were all very eager not to kill the group
and we managed not to die... 
 And then in April we got Flexor a real great oldschool ascii
artist, Jason, A freshman to ascii but he showed some potential
and great promise. He together with Spamie who is a really great
newschool artist and Flexor rocked the fusion ascii scene... 
The very same month we gained Cocox who also was an ascii
artist but he was mainly in for the ansi.. 
Now we had some more members and fusion was starting to shoot 
up to higher levels.. in June even more members came dropping
in as a result of a merge with the finnish ansi group Arla
Apollo, who is a promising ansi artist came together with 
Sin Fame also ansi artist... Then Phobia one of the best
oldschool ascii artist I have ever seen. 
Now fusion was really great.. then was the summer here...
almost all artists dropped from the scene or joined an other 
group... this was really a setback.. we didn't even have ansi
enough for our aniversary pack.. :(.. but here and now we managed
to scrape together some stunning art.. 

Anyway thats the story of fusion's year .. :)
but enough with that :)

this month we tried to get some guest artists, and well 
we got some.. (a list later on) they contributed with
some of their best art and we really appreciate it!!
