AfterÜß°² Üþß°Üß this pack was released, shiver gained over 35 new members, ßÜßþ ܲßß²Û°thus making our member list into one of over 80 members. Sure°°²ßß²  ÜÜßÜßwe are all happy and all of the new members, and the buildingßÜßÜ ߲ܲݲÜ quality of our work, but shiver just wasnt what it used to be ßÜ²Þ²ß²Ü  °±±ß±anymore. many of the seniors were leaving, and to be blunt, ±ß±± ÞßþÜ°ß°it just wasnt as fun as it used to be. dont get me wrong, °ß°Üþß Ý²°Ü²°everyone was extremely happy that we were gaining the respect°²Ü°²  ßÛ߱߱we wanted. in 3 packs, we made it into the top 6.. and that±ß±ßÛß ßþß߰ܲßis when our troubles started.. soon, the group turned into ߲ܰßß ßÞÜþßeverything that shiver was based against.. "a corporation"ßþÜÝþß ßܲß°nomatter how hard you try, once you gain high group ranking, °ß²Ü ßßÜ°and gain a huge amount of members, your group just aint as fun°Üßß  ßÜÜßas it used to be.. i ask you to try to find someone that ßÜÜß  ßÞ²Üßßdisagrees with this.. most people in shiver only knew about 1/3ßßÜ²Ý Üß°²ßof the people in the group, and our close bonded, fun group,ß²°ßÜ  ÜÞß±²Üturned into the thing we all despised. months past, and the ܲ±ßÝ °ßþ°°Ýhype about shiver was gone too.. ÞÛ°þß Ü޲߲ After talking it over with Betrayer, and some of the other ²ß²ÝÜ  Üß°ݱÜshiver artists, we all decided something had to be done thisܱÞ°ßÜ ²Üþ޲߰month, to make shiver how it used to be.. even if our quality°ß²ÝþÜ ²°ßÜß±°Ügoes down.. we will atleast be having fun.. the scene has Ü°±ßÜß °²ßþÜ°±²Ýturned to complete bullshit in my opinion, and it just aint asÞ²±°Üþß ²Üܲ°ßfun as it used to be. new groups popping up all over, and the ß°²ÜÜ ß²°ßÜonly thing people care about it seems is getting an ansi forÜß°² Üþß°Üß their k-rad board, or a distribution site.. we were sick of theßÜßþ ܲßß²Û°monthly routine, of collecting work, and releasing another,°°²ßß²  ÜÜßÜßaverage pack.. not having much fun at all.. thus we decided ßÜßÜ ߲ܲݲÜßto reform the group, and make it fun like it used to be.. andßÜ²Þ²ß²Ü  °±±ß±make it stay that way.. yet we couldnt do that, with the ±ß±± ÞßþÜ°ß°former 90 members that shiver contained.. thus, we decided that°ß°Üþß Ý²°Ü²°the only way to accomplish having fun again, without turning°²Ü°²  ßÛ߱߱into a coorportion would be to go ansi only. 2/3 of the ±ß±ßÛß ßþß߰ܲßshiver members have been cut, and I am extremely sorry, I had߲ܰßß ßÞÜþßto do this.. but we all knew something had to be done, and thisßþÜÝþß ßܲß°was the only way I could do it.. alot of people that have been°ß²Ü ßßÜ°cut were good friends of mine, so it wasnt easy too do... °Üßß  ßÜÜßStarting this month, the new shiver revolution has begun. ßÜÜß  ßÞ²ÜßßShiver has always been known for being one of the most laid back ßßÜ²Ý  Üß°²ßgroups in the scene, and we plan to stay that way. the newß²°ßÜ  ÜÞß±²Üguidelines, include:ܲ±ßÝ °ßþ°°ÝÞÛ°þß Ü޲߲*NO DEADLINES: If you cant get an ansi in for a month or two, ²ß²ÝÜ  Üß°ݱÜor even three, or maybe even four.. you will not be cut fromܱÞ°ßÜ ²Üþ޲߰the member list, like many other groups care to do. We strive °ß²ÝþÜ ²°ßÜß±°Üfor quality now, and not quantity. If it takes you 3 or 4 Ü°±ßÜß °²ßþÜ°±²Ýmonths to do an ansi, so be it.. this does not mean, you willÞ²±°Üþß ²Üܲ°ßnever be cut from the ansi department.. if i see no enthusiasmß°²ÜÜ ß²°ßÜto ever draw again, and that you are just in it for the affil,Üß°² Üþß°Üß then you will be dropped immediatly..ßÜßþ ܲßß²Û°°°²ßß²  ÜÜßÜß* DUAL GROUPING IS ALLOWED: The scene is supposed to be fun.. ßÜßÜ ߲ܲݲÜßif a person wants to be in multiple groups, they are welcomeßÜ²Þ²ß²Ü  °±±ß±too, as long as they can produce work for both groups. We do±ß±± ÞßþÜ°ß°not encourage dual grouping, but we are not imposing rules on °ß°Üþß Ý²°Ü²°how many groups you can join.°²Ü°²  ßÛ߱߱±ß±ßÛß ßþß߰ܲß* QUALITY NOT QUANTITY:Yes, im sure you have heard this sayin߲ܰßß ßÞÜþßbefore, but now shiver is dedicated to the above statement.ßþÜÝþß ßܲß°After many many requests to quality check our work, shiver °ß²Ü ßßÜ°will now do so.
