Sup y'all... ky in da house once again ta bring ya all the up ta date Rival info... Uhm, a lot has happened this month including the addition of some really talented artists as well as the fall-through of a merger...Pretty hectic but we've survived once again... May's Pack... What can I say other than, "it's all good..." If you haven't checked out Rival's May pack entitled, The Dawning of a New Era, you're missing out.. The pack is fly as fuck, featuring a lot of great art by the people at Rival. We got a lot of compliments on it, which only drives us to put out an even better pack this month... Intro to June's Pack... Ok people, I know it's small. But this is June yo, and many of our artists had to take finals, graduate, and what not. Plus the fact that we're all pretty much lazy slackers =). But it's all good. June brings us new talentand a new future. June does not however, bring us a viewer or a new appgen... Heh, sorry guyz...But I've already decided that I am going to spend the rest of the month working on these projects...so don't bug me for shit =)  Also, for those of you who are fans of Tre-Bone's work, I'm sorry to say that you won't see any VGA's by him this month as he's been working his ass off with Furball setting up the Rival WWW Page... Next month promises BOMB ASS VGA by Tre-Bone so look for it... Right Tre? =)  Oh yeah, one more last thing before I forget...I owe Prince of Death a HUGE apology for not including his ansi in this pack. I accidentally deleted it off my hard drive and couldn't get in contact with himto get it again. It's a nice piece, and will be in July's pack. Once again, sorry guy... Completely my bad. Tha Newbies... Whoa...Good month as far as new members go...Ok, we start off with  the guy I've been trying to get to join the group since like, day 1...Saint Sinner from emerge >FINALLY< submits to the darkside and joins rival =). He is one of the best upcoming artists on the scene today... I see nothing but continual improvement from this guy, and his ansi this month kicks... We are  also delighted to have Hunchback of RELiC fame join up with the Rival crew.. He did an amazing .BIN file and a pretty smoove ansi for this month's pack... He's an extremely talented artist and we're lucky to have him...Also a guy by the name of Prong joins us as an ansi font artist...As a font artist myself, I think this guy is just boiling hot with potential... His logos this month rocks da heyouse, and we're happy he joined our ranks...Prince of Death is also a new Rival nig...He also does some pretty wicked ass phonts and I'm glad he  finally joined.... We also acquired a very talented VGA artist by the name of Cristopher Robin who comes to us from Teklordz...I've been on his ass to join for the last month or two also... =) Heading up our Internet Division will be a character by the name of Furball who has been a friend of many of the Rival  members since day 1... We're glad to have his bitch ass on board =) Hi Jason =P Buh-Byes.... This month, an artist who has been with us since day 1 leaves to pursue other hobbies... Lithium aka Spawn decided he no longer cared for the art scene and dropped Rival. It's really a huge shame that one of our most talented  artists decided to quit the scene, but it's all good.. No hard feelings.. The Oldies... Ok, we have an appearence by one of our artists who's been absent for a month or two...He's like Elvis man, we weren't quite sure if he was dead or alive... But I guess he's alive, and his name is Realm Dweller. We're glad to have him back among the living. He did a pretty cool pic this month so make sure you take a look at it...Uhm, I, Kid Krylon have also decided to head our Public Relations department. That's about it...  Sites & HQ's And Stuff... We're still not accepting apps for sites and what not.. We're just hand picking them, and trying to keep the distro list rather small. So please don't ask us for sites...So to put it simply, don't call us, we'll call you =). So any distro site apps are ignored, and don't expect a reply.  Looking For New Members... As many groups are, Rival is ALWAYS looking for talented artists to join this here crew of ours. ANSI, RIP, VGA, and ASCII guys are all encouraged to apply. We're not accepting any Lit people, cuz alas, we are not a lit group.We have decided to start accepting Couriers, so anyone who wants to run long distance errands for us, are encouraged to apply.
