I have become disgusted with the ansi scene.  It's just lame.  And
the scene is lucky that we were still a part of it.  Jihad is part of that scene
and yes, i've become disgusted with Jihad.  It has grown out of my origional
vision: Pure Eliteness, and turned into AN ART GROUP MINUS ANSI!!!!!  This is
not what I wanted.  
        NO APPS!!!  Or, if a person is seen and deemed fit to be in the total 
elite that is Jihad, we will ask-NO BEGGING-for him to join.  If he refuses then 
that's just too bad.  You can ask me or PE if you wanna be in and we will con-
sult with one another and get back to you.
        Jihad will cease to be a group and trasform into an organization.  
Jihad's goal will be to gather all the best writers, vga, ascii, musicans and 
coders of the world...both the art and demo scene.  We will not release packs, 
we will release collections.  These don't have to be monthy.  I want to be the 
link between the art and demo scene, i want to be synomymous with the word:  
ELITE.  
        The name I want to take up is:  Jihad Design.  Still Jihad for 
short.  We will also have a department to design the graphics for WWW pages.
I will also ask some artist on the Web to join.  In the memberlist, we will 
have the person's nick as well as their first, maybe last, name.  If we want
to be on the cutting edge of art...the Web is the place to be.
        We will NOT compete with ANY art or demo groups.  Because we are not
one of those...we are a new type of hybrid.  We will no longer put down ansi
...as much :>
        Jihaddi Design will accept people as a second group choice.  Since we
offer no competition and ask VERY little of our members, joining us should not
be hard for any accomplished artists.

FOR SOMEONE TO BE ADMITTED TO JIHAD
        For some nonelite lamer to be asked into our org. they have to already
demonstrated superior talent in their chosen field.  Their vga has to leave
you in awe and their lit has to make you read it 100 times.  You get the idea.
The Jihad Organization will be the cream of the world!  The EARTH ITSELF should
jiz when it sees our productions.  Also they MUST be able to get on the Inter-
net.  Or ask me or PE to review your work.  If it's good, you'll be invited in.

WHAT'S ASKED OF MEMBERS
        Nothing.  Once you are in, I don't care if you do a 1pixel by 1pixel
wide vga in 1color using a 1x1 font that says VGA.  Anything goes because you
have already proven yourself elite.  We do ask that you submit something of
some degree of quality sometime during your membership, however.  

RULING PARTIES
        Jihad is NOT a democracy.  It is a dictatorship with 3 dictators who
operate.  The dictators are hFaze, PE, and DRD (and whoever we want to add 
later).  We are not assholes (mostly) so this won't be that bad.

DISTRIBUTION
        There will be NO dist sites.  SO DON'T ASK!!!  There will be HQ's setup 
where ever we see fit.  If the board has telnet access this will greatly 
increase it's chances.  I vote we keep Eleutheria as the WHQ because it's a 
cool board.  Because we are technicly NOT an ANSI group our stuff can still be 
on the Demo Site (HORNET) mixed in with all the demo graphics.  So that can be 
our Inet HQ...when i get around to talking to sys admin.

MISC.
        We need to get a mailing list and a WWW page.  We will need PR reps. 
Mister Who seems to be working so far.  He will need to be tied in very closly
to the Dictators so he can inform the public to our rulings.  
        I want to also include a help section.  Where the plebeans of the         
world ask us question about anything related to The Jihad Org (art, us, etc)
and we answer.
