 1. Howdy everyone, this    Ü    ±         Ý          ú     is  Lord Soth here,
    delivering your monthly               þ     .        iCE Pack.  Well, first
    off, we have to sadly report     °              that Tempus has left iCE to
    start his own group, which he has tentatively named GaY.  If you would like
    to join,  call Sanctuary at  305-340-SUCK and apply there.    Since  Tempus 
    has left,  we have switched our World HQ Board to  The Fish Tank.   The new
    number is F0K-DI0-STAJ.   The Fish Tank is  4 Nodes running off 4 Pentiums, 
    with a total of 14 Gigs HD Space,  and no Ratios.   Anyways, this month was
    pretty much a  rest-up month for everyone,  after the past 2 packs you have
    to take a breather SOMETIME :)

 4. New Members:  We'd all like to welcome back Boa, Quazar, Spirit of Illusion,
    and last  but not  least,  Lord Carnuss.   Boa was  once a courier  and logo
    artist,  and now returns as an artist.   Quazar was once an iCE Ansi artist,
    but he left  for  TRiBE in 1993,  saying that he  would return "when  he was
    better at pics."  (sorry Quazar,  couldn't resist:)   Spirit of  Illusion is
    back as  an ansi artist,  and Lord Carnuss... well... he really doesn't need
    an introduction,  other than he's one  of my favorite  artists of  all-time.
    Carnuss wasn't  able to finish any ansis  in time to make this pack,  but we
    promise you'll see some LC next month.  We also have a guest appearance this
    month from Neurotic's momma, who looks very promising.

 3. Happy birthday to me, Lord Soth, whose birthday was March 30, and to Shaggy,
    whose birthday was April 2.

4«. MCA has changed his handle back to Hannibal Lecter.

7.  Well,  in the past few months,  we here at iCE have undergone what I call an
    "enlightenment."   We have  realized that we  are the true  "chosen ones" of
    the  art scene.   From  now on we  will only take  paying requests  from the
    bigger boards,  and we will be charging a minimum on $50 for logos, and $150
    for  ansis up to  200 lines,  and after that $10 a  line above 200.   Please
    don't bother any of the artists unless you are willing to pay these charges.

5.  We have scrapped  iCEViEW because of it's  shoddy coding and have  gone back
    to  the best  viewer we've  ever had...  namely K-Veiw  (look at the opening
    logo).

2.  I'd  like to happily  announce three promotions  this month!   Cheese Grater
    the  VGA Artist is now  Senior Staff;   Deeply  Disturbed is now the general
    Ansi  Coordinator,  and Toon Goon  is now the  iCE Toon Studios Coordinator.

6.  There are alot of things not viewable in K-Veiw this month.   Here's a short
    listing of everything:
