We hope to bring you some -useful- information in this textfile rather than just having some total political garbage saying "FoRCe iN dA hOUZ!", so we'd love to see some feedback on it. If you'd like  to write some appropriate food for thought in here, our contact addresses a re at the end of this file! We'll try to keep you up to date on the Aus tralian art scene in general (not just in Force) and any information rela ting to that would be great. ÚÄÄÄÄ-ÄÄ-Ä--- | Australia's ANSI Revival? :  There's been a fair bit of activity in the +61 area which  is great to see, and perhaps it marks the start of a new beginning of the  Oz art scene. Another new group has popped up (SiCK) in Victoria who  are producing some cool work - we wish you the best guys! And we' ll of course keep you up to date in the next pack about the Force/GRiM mer ger which might be occuring. GRiM seem to have some great talent, and if there is a merger  on we will try to concentrate on improving the artists' ability and deve lop it to their peak. We don't simply want an Australian domination of the scene by merging with various groups, but in our eyes GRiM artists hav e alot of potential and it's a shame to see it to go to such waste. ;). So watch this space. ÚÄÄÄÄ-ÄÄ-Ä--- | A Unified Oz Scene :  All of us here have been working hard in an attempt to ge t the Oz art scene together, since Australia does have some great individu al talent out there - but therein lies the problem. Instead of cooperat ing together and having communication between all the artists, we're all e ach in small 'island' like groups which have no contact out of themselves.  While the Internet has helped a little bit (alot of Oz artists are on t he net), the real ANSI scene lies on the bulletin boards, and so what's tr uly needed is a messagenetwork. Again, watch this space for further developments. A network f or the ANSI artists is being established in Oz, as you read this article.  Most of you  in the Australian Scene will know of BloodNet. So fa r Bloodnethas mainly been in New South Wales and Queensland but through great pain  we have  established other sites in Australia. South Australia [ROOM101 61.8.294.2774] Western Australia [Vampiric Tendancies61.9.383.9534] These site put nearly all states in comunication about art r eleated topics, with only Victoria, Nothern Territory and Tasmania not invol ved. (If any boards in these areas that run a Art/Demo board want to poll  Bloodnet  please feelfree to contack either Ozone [Mindflu x bbs] or Anubis [The Temple] with you interests. On a semi-related subject, we also have the idea of having a unified ANSI scene under one Australian group. Before you say "hey! that t otally contradicts what we've mentioned before!", we're talking abou t a different aspect here. We do :not: want total k-rad dominatio n of the art scene; but in order for the scene to survive and perhaps just  as importantly compete on an international level, it might be on ly possible to have one group. In the words of Anubis: "To obtain this tho i can only see it cuming about buy hav ing only one ansi group in australia that everyone can stand behind. I t's no use having more that one as Australia just doenst have the am ount of good artist to support 2 high quality groups." Do you agree with this or not? It's up to you to make the dec ision. In my eyes, I do agree with this because it's a fact that Australia  does NOT have enough high-quality artists to sustain 2 groups. Again, feedback or a debate on IRC would be an issue to raise if you're bored :) . It's go od to see that we (artists) will stand behind something when someone is  willing to do what it takes to get things happening. Welcome aboard!
