FiDELiS View -- First Release Version

     Ok, here is the new and improved (and first releasable) version of the 
Fidelis ansi viewer.  Since the start, several ansi problems and other bugs 
have been found, and a ton of options have been added.  This release features:

� 25 and 50 line text modes
� 320x200, 640x480 and 160x200 VGA viewing modes
� Full scrolling up/down of ansis
� Color/greyscale option
� All that great FiDELiS ANSi :)

     When yer in the program, the arrow keys move up/down (duh) and <ESC> gets
you out of the viewer.  The <F1> key gets you a preferances screen.  When yer
done with it, just press <ESC> to get back to the ansis.  Then just pick one to
view, press return, and presto--instant ansi. Yes folks, it's just that simple!

     That's about it.  For July, we hope to get an actual interface on it (like
real art) and get some more great pics to fill up that directory screen with.
Besides that, it works, go use it, and enjoy the shit.
