"The Decision" Written by Usul -[Vi]- at 2:31:36 am on Sun 02-27-1994 ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ I see enjoyment here. I see knowledge and prestigue there. They say the grass is greener on the other side. The choice I never thought I must make Is turning 'to my biggest twist of fate. Gripping .. Pulling .. Yanking me away from sanity. Running here, trying to be there. I cannot satisfy all .. life isn't fair. Oh why is it so hard? Life is the way it is and will never change. Only the strong survive they say. Even the strong have a weakness or two. Screaming is a temporary solve. Crying makes your emotions revolve. Stoism increases the pain. Take me away ... away from it all. Come now before I start to fall. Catch me and save me from this agony. Anger grips hold of me tightly. Tears trace my cheeks nightly. I now understand the emotion will never leave me. Oh, to be without emotion is the answer. For it is emotion that is the cancer. Emotion begone .. leave me be. It is a never-ending decision .. one I will never make. This choice is made by them .. while everything I do is fake. Oh how I yearn to free myself. They have decided .. I am their toy. I am lead by the hand like a young boy. Lost forever in other's hopes and expectations of me. ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ Usul's inspiration for this particular piece go to the following: "A Touch Of Spring" Composed by Purple Motion/FC from the Journey MusicDisk #1 An interesting note from an interesting person His totally messed up life A note from Usul: ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ I am not extremely happy with this piece as my first official Lit. for Visual Insanity, but it will have to do. Creating what I usually create is always overshadowed by my current emotion. Chances are, you won't even understand this unless you are at a particular stage in your life as I am. Don't give up and keep fighting. I want to thank everyone who deserves it. You know who you are. No need to list them. I also want to tell all you literary artists out there to keep working. It may not be as glamorous as drawing or composing, but it's an artform in its own self. Never give it up ... no matter what anyone says. /³Usul/Vi³\
