To Whom It May Concern:

	Welcome to the second TaS ArtPAK... As you can tell, TaS iZ still
composed of one member, me.  I have returned 2 school since the last PAK
was released, so there isn't much to include in this one.  Many groups
have asked for merges since the last PAK waZ released... I do not wish
2 appear egotistical, but none seemed "tragic" enough for the look I hope
to project.  A few individualZ have also suggested that I try to join
iCE or ACiD.  Fuck that.  Cart00nz R fugg3n cheeZ3, man...  ANYONE can
copy a graphic from a comic book!
	If you actually follow TaS, you will know that we no longer support
NocEm in [713] (our old WHQ.)  Each of us simply felt that the other waZ
getting too selfish.  Bah...  Again, a couple of shopZ have asked to
become the new WHQ.  I am currently looking into them and the groups that
they support.  If you want to speak to me about any of this, get a hold
of anyone in [713] or contact me directly on i-net.  My address is out 
there, or get onto IRC (whichever net uses server dewey.cc.utexas.edu) in
channel #hack and ask me.  I'm usually on the net 1/3-2/3 of the day/night.
	TaS has moved from merely doing ANSi graphics to doing 7-bit
ASCIIs, VGA graphics/scrollers/intros/file-adZ/etc., and anything else I
can figure out.  TaS REALLY needZ some more artists/programmerZ to help
with the load.  If I could do all of the ANSi which has been requested, 
this would have been the 5th ArtPAK!  You will find the same application
generator in this PAK that waZ in the last one.  Fill one out and GET IT
TO ME (the means iZ UP TO YOU!... I'm out here at all timeZ...)  As alwayZ,
all TaS art iZ FREE, so don't join if ur looking for cash...
