Only 3 or 4 off handÛ °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û could draw decently without using The DrawÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û fonts. Now we realized trying to get members Û °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û would be a hard one, and also very moneyÛ °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±°Û Û °Û cosuming. Out of nowhere came artists who we Û °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û had never heard of wanting to join the group. Û °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û Now this was great. At about this time we had Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û about 6 31O artists that were very good.Û °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û Around then we were still trying to come up Û °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û with a name. But theyÛ °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û wanted the group name and the WHQ so weÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û decided it wasnt worthwhile.. A few days later Û °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û we got a call from the senior staff of a small Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û 613 group called iDiOM. Now they agreed toÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û give us the WHQ, and decided that SHIVER would Û °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û be a great name for our newly formed group.Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û We thought this was a great proposition so the Û °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û merger was a complete success. With thisÛ °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û merger we gained about 2O great members andÛ °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±°Û Û °Û a bunch of LD distros to help us on our way. Û °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û So in total we had about about 32 or soÛ °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û members. Now we were really going somewhere. Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û Ansis were coming in by the day, andÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û everything was going well. And here we areÛ °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û today with around 45 quality members.Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °ÛNow you may say, "oh great, another ansiÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û group, that makes 5 more new groups this week" Û °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û But on the contrary, we are different than the Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û others. How you ask? Well first off we doÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û not have any advertised senior staff. WhatÛ °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û do I mean by "no advertised senior staff".Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û Basically many of the people who had been in Û °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û art groups before, did not like the idea ofÛ °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û having people tell them what to do, or being Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û better than them. Also it seemed aparent that Û °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û most people felt that the senior staffs ofÛ °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û groups only wanted the senior staff position Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±°Û Û °Û to put in their user note, or in their kradÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û macro. In our group we try to use as lessÛ °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û authority as possible. Usually if there is a Û °Û ÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ °±²Û²±° Û °Û big decision to be made, all users in theÛ °Û  °±²Û²±°  ßßßßßßßßß Û °Û group will have a chance to vote on it. Also Û °Û ßßßßßßßßßÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜÜ Û °Û the group has absolutely no deadlines.
