       Damn... it's finaly here... our first pack. i've been waiting
         for this for so long, i almost can't think of anything to
         say... almost. =)



       A (Semi)Short History:

         i founded this group WAY back in june '93, but back then it
         was just a few of us messing around and laughing at each-
         other. After several months of this, i started seeing that
         we had enought talent to compete with some of the lower
         level groups out there, but none of us had any connections
         to actually get into them. So i did what anyone else would
         have done,˙i think, and turned RELiC into somthing ever-
         so-slightly-serious. From that point on, about the end of
         november, we took the attitude of trying to carve a small
         nitch for ourselves in the vast space that is known as
         'The Scene', and here we are. <No, we don't dwell on the
         past much. =) >


       What, you want some ART?!?!?

         Ok, heres our policy on requests:
         We all still do art for free. This includes the VGA people.
         A VGA/SB loader will cost you ten bucks though, becuse those
         take a LITTLE more work. And of course, paying requests always
         get top priority, and usually better work. If you want to make
         a request, fill out the request generator, and call one of our
         HQ boards: The Heretic Asylum, Channel Zer0, or
         Palm of Prophecy.

       What you want IN?!?!?

         If you want to apply to RELiC you need to fill out the app
         generator, zip up the *.app with your initals <i.e. je.zip>
         and u/l it to one of the HQ's.
