   This month, Empire as a new VGA Coordinator. He goes by Pri
me  Evil.  This  fella is sure to become a big name in the VGA
 scene, he's  an  EXCELLENT  VGA  artist.  This  month,  Empir
e  also  acquires  European Coordinator Qube from  Switzerland
, Hooptie - the author of Dreadloc and former ACiD artist, Cisco -
  former ACiD VGA artist, Tron  Powerhouse - fun  Literary  guy, 
 PsychotranE -  another fun Literary guy, and  probably  a few
 others I'm forgetting to name.  If I didn't name ya, I'm sorr
y... but to  everyone  who  joins us this month,  whether I re
membered ya or not, welcome to Empire.þ    
Seems like all good things take time. ConquestNet  has  been  
delayed  yet  another month pending my problems with GEcho not
 fucking scanning my outmsgs.  Someday I'll remedy this proble
m and get C-Net running  properly, until  then
  stop asking me... it's not up.

þ    Premier Magazine is progressing nicely,  however  slo
wly.  Art  and Coding
  services are being accepted at this time. If you can offer either, and
 desire
  to become a part of the magazine, simply contact me at the DMZ. The nu
mber is
  in a few places within the pack. We are NOT accepting articles at this
 time.

þ    Hopefully next month, we will have a little surprise 
for you. Stay tuned to  see what exactly it is. I can guarantee you
 it's something special.

þ    This month Empire was forced to drop over half  of  i
t's  sites and  member  boards. This is due to lack of couriering e
fforts  within the Empire Staff. If  your board is not on the list 
in the  pack,  you're  not a site. If I told you  otherwise,  make 
 sure  I  know  for  the  next  pack. If you're interested in  beco
ming a courier, call the DMZ with your applications.
