Space is an endless frontier
into which we must venture
There we may find the answers
to the questions which plague us today
Hunger, disease, homelessness, war;
all problems which we must soon confront
And in the sky far above
we can learn of ourselves
Not just of other species
we must learn from them what we must do
In order to save ourselves
from the ultimate destruction
Which lies before us

Stop- why must we escape
to other worlds
To find answers?
we can solve them here, at home
If only we set our minds to it
great thinkers of the world must unite
For a common cause
