Looking at the night sky, I see all the stars...
So beautiful, so peaceful
Everything is calm
Suddenly, as if it were never there...
Gone.
I look up into the sky now and all I see is black
Nothing beautiful, nothing peaceful
The world is complete chaos
Nothing is calm as it once was...
Thinking to myself, "What happened?"
"Why has everything suddenly left me?"
Wondering how on earth this could happen...
Everything changed all at once...
I can't take this!
Glancing into the blackness of the sky...
Trying to find one last star.
Something to build everything up again
I see a sparkle...
The star...I've found one
It's so distant, but it's there
If only I could get close,
Maybe things would return to the way I knew them
It won't ever come to me, perhaps I must pursue it...
I try and try, but it will not happen
I must give up...I have to.
I need to learn how to be happy...
Happy with what I have,
Perhaps some day, this beautiful star will come to me...
Until then I will have to be happy...
Admire it's beauty, it's splendor...
And all...from a distance
