      Hello, welcome to the DcP Team Registry, this is designed to tell me
what your talents are.  Thair will be many people filling this out so thair are
a few things i want you to know...   You dont have to fill out the "PHONE #"
part of the registry, nor the "CITY" or "REAL NAME" if you are not accepted,
thoughs parts of the registry are for people that have been accepted into the
team.  If you are accepted, then you MUST fill out the entire form.   People
that are just filling this out to see it thay will be accepted, you MUST fill
out all parts of the form (Exept the ones specified at the top) or you will
