ometime ago, the shareware version of this game went
 around. It was aok game and everything
, but the pieces were to boring for the concept. 
Allthat you moved around were pentagons and litt
le drops of liquid (boring). But
I always remembered how when it exited it showed you a 
preview from the secondone and that the pieces were acid an
d some sort of drug (hell nobody can tellwhat it 
is, but that is what I think it is!). 
When the registered versionshowed up on a board 
that I call, I downloaded it figuring t
hat if it wasn'tgood, I wouldn
't lose much in time or file credits (it was o
nly 550K). When Iw
ent to try it out I immediately noticed that it looked
 the same as the
original, that is until I started playing. 
The pieces at your control are
animated A LOT better, plus the digitized sound 
is better. Now you might be
wondering just what this game is. It is a game simila
r to Reversi and Othello
where you start out on a hexagon-grid board with 3 
pieces, and the computer
has 3 pieces at start. The main objective i
s to finish the game with more
pieces than the computer. This can be done by moving 
to the next spot from
one piece (the piece clones itself), or by moving
 next to computer pieces
(they then turn into your type of pieces). I
t's very simple to figure out and
I was playing it in no time flat. Unfortun
ately the difficulty has more to be
desired. I beat it immediately on easy mode, 
creaming the computer at about
52 to 8 (or something like that). T
hen I beat it on medium, and then 
I beat
it on hard. It looks like the best way to play might 
be with another person
who knows the game (it has a 2 player mode).
 But just a minor setback for a
pretty good game, overall it is probably worth picking up
.

game. The play board was rendered nicely and the piec
es look good and were
nicely animated also.

o music (unfortunately, could of got you int
o the mood of the
game more).

e is also a
sound effect, such as how the acid sizzles when it captures
 and converts the
other type of piece. There are also a few lesser soun
d effects out of the
main playing area.

þ- Real damn simple to figure out, 
just move your
pieces around the board and try to win. Nothing more 
than that.

Scrolling: N/A - N
o scrolling was presented.

 This is a solid release from Software 
Creations and The
New Comers. The game I 
guarentee will give you some enjoyment if it is in
a genre of games that you play. If it shows up on a b
oard near you pick it up,
for it's size it is well worth it...
