     Thank you for commissioning an ADFA ANSi.  All that we ask is
     that you fill out the following information, so that our
     artists can understand what your board is about, its
     affiliations etc..  Be careful not to leave out any details
     either, as this could hamper your application.

     If you require an ANSi which is not a BBS welcome screen, then
     you may wish to skip the first and second section if it's
     appropriate.

     Nothing is worse than getting something you don't want.  The
     same applies to ANSies.  Our artists do not want to waste time
     drawing an ANSi which you won't use because you don't like it!
     Therefore, if you want a *specific* ANSi, or you have a nice
     idea or something, than write a little description about the
     screen you would like our artists to produce (keeping in mind
     that your specific request may not always be possible).

     Now that you have finished, just upload this to Disorganised
     Crime as a message (check out ADFA0793.NFO for more
     information).  An artist shall get in contact with you within
     a week, and discuss any other possible factors if applicable.
     Hopefully (the BBS God willing) you shall get your ANSi within
     2-4 weeks.
